Decision Software is always looking for hard working and dynamic individuals to help improve and build upon client relations, technical support response, and software programming. We currently have positions available in the Client Services and Programming departments.

Client Services Representative

Decision Software, makers of MarketWide, the premier campaign management software, is looking to expand our Client Services team.

Client Services representatives must be able to multitask, as they will have many different responsibilities and have to handle many different situations here at DSI. Client Services representatives will perform a variety of tasks, from dealing with technical support issues with our clients to training new clients on the software. In addition, they will recommend changes in the software. Client Services representatives must be able to communicate effectively and eloquently, as they are the public face of DSI.

Client Services representatives also handle demonstrations of MarketWide for our new and prospective clients, train clients, perform installations, and interact with clients both verbally and through email. Good writing skills are a necessity since Client Services technicians also work on the upkeep and maintenance of documentation, issue press releases, and oversee promotional materials production. SQL knowledge is a plus. Candidates should be flexible, as they might be called on for any number of other tasks. Contact.

Programmer

Decision Software, makers of MarketWide, the premier campaign management software, is looking to expand our programming team. DSI's group of top-notch programmers maintain and enhance our world class MarketWide product.

Candidates must have experience in Microsoft Windows application programming, relational databases, and SQL. In addition, they should have excellent problem solving skills, be able to express themselves well in both written and verbal communications, and have a willingness to travel.
