You can send an email request for support.  When you do, please give us as much information as you can, including screen shots of the error messages and a description of where and how you encountered the error.

For customers who remain current in their MarketWide or TopDog maintenance plan, DSI offers free* telephone and email technical support between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST on working days (i.e., not on Saturdays, Sundays and DSI-observed holidays).


*Fees may be charged for support requests requiring significant programming time, unless the request involves a bug in our software.
