Decision Software has been building and maintaining quality, low cost marketing databases for over ten years.
Rather than claim we do everything like some vendors, at DSI we are committed to delivering two things:

We believe that excellent service and an outstanding product are both critical so we are dedicated to delivering both quickly and reliably.
We are a privately owned company, founded in 1989 by our president, Jeff Fowler. Jeff began his career as a mainframe computer programmer in the early 1980s, and in 1993 developed the first version of the TopDog campaign management product, which went on to become one of the most powerful in the world.
After several years of development, TopDog has been replaced by Marketwide, DSI's new campaign management software. MarketWide combines the technical power of TopDog with exciting new enhancements. MarketWide boasts an improved user-friendly interface, is Internet ready, and allows customers to fully automate their campaigns.
DSI isn't just about software though. In his spare time, Jeff has overseen the design of numerous marketing databases, published articles on marketing database design, written white papers, and given speeches at marketing trade shows. Jeff is an excellent example of the hardworking nature we expect of all DSI employees.
We treat every customer like a friend and partner. We will produce results even if we have to work late to get the job done, and we always stick to the price we quote. On the rare occasion we make a mistake, we acknowledge it, apologize for it, and fix it as quickly as possible.
